qrtoto is designed to serve Players residing in Indonesia. You must be physically located within Indonesia at the time of registration and when placing bets. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of qrtoto complies with all local, provincial, and national laws applicable in their jurisdiction. qrtoto does not accept Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

Each Player is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") opened by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods, are strictly prohibited. If qrtoto detects multiple accounts linked to the same Player, all such accounts will be suspended, and any bonuses, winnings, or funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum deposit amount per transaction is Rp 100,000,000, subject to the limits imposed by your chosen payment provider. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes for e-wallet transactions and within 5–15 minutes for bank transfers during standard banking hours (WIB, UTC+7).
Withdrawals can be requested 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and are processed to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit (anti-money-laundering requirement). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Most withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes. Withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically completed within the same timeframe, though processing may be delayed if additional KYC documentation is required.
To comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x turnover) before a withdrawal request can be processed. This requirement applies to both bonus-free deposits and deposits on which no bonus was claimed. Players who attempt to deposit and immediately withdraw without placing any bets may have their accounts flagged for investigation.
You may only deposit funds from a payment account held in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account belonging to another person, including family members, friends, or business associates) are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited from a third-party source will be returned to the originating account, and your qrtoto account may be suspended pending investigation.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount for casino and slot bonuses, and 8x the bonus amount for sports betting bonuses. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of bonus activation, or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
qrtoto reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, exploiting software errors or loopholes, placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other Players to manipulate bonus outcomes. All bets placed on qrtoto are subject to acceptance by the platform. qrtoto reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical error, bets placed after an event has started (late bets), or bets that exceed the maximum stake limits for a given market. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your account history, it cannot be canceled or modified by the Player.

Bet settlement is based on the official result as declared by the governing body of the sport. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours.

qrtoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if qrtoto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall qrtoto's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the platform exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may request closure of your qrtoto account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any outstanding wagering requirements. Accounts closed by Player request cannot be reopened for at least 7 days.
qrtoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without notice, if we determine that the Player has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, provided false information during registration or KYC, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the platform or other Players. In cases of account termination by qrtoto, any remaining account balance may be forfeited if the termination was due to breach of these terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to international online gaming platforms. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the Player and qrtoto.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
